WHERE ARE WE LOCATED AND OFFICE HOURS:
We are an ONLINE-ONLY store based in Pretoria, South Africa. No walk-in visits or collections are available.
Business Hours: Open Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 16:30.
Closed on Weekends & Public Holidays.
Shopping on our site is as easy as browsing your favourite store - just with a few clicks!
1. Browse or search - You’re welcome to explore our full range by browsing the categories and featured products in the menu, or if you’re looking for something specific, pop it into the powerful search bar at the top of the page.
2. Add to Cart - See something you love? Just click the ‘ADD TO CART’ button. You can add items directly from the search or category pages for quick shopping, or click on any product to view more details, select a size (most of our items come in different sizes), and add it to your cart from there.
3. Wishlist - See something you love but would like to save for a next purchase? Simply add it to your Wishlist.
4. Review & Checkout - Once you’ve found everything you need, click on the trolley icon (top right of your screen), then select ‘REVIEW CART’. Here you can double-check your order, adjust quantities, or remove anything you’ve changed your mind about. When you're ready, just hit ‘CHECKOUT’ and follow the secure steps to complete your purchase.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payment is required upfront for all orders before delivery. We’ve made paying for your order as simple and secure as possible!
Choose the option that best suits you:
• Credit, Cheque or Debit Cards - All card payments are 3D-secure and processed safely via PayFast (Pty) Ltd.
• Can I pay via EFT? You can use our Nedbank account details from a quote to make payment. For EFT payments, please email your Proof of Payment to orders@superwellness.co.za and include your order number & name as the reference. Regular payments may take 1-2 business days to process, while immediate payments are processed within 30 minutes. Once we receive your payment, we will get started on your order.
• Prefer Direct Bank Deposit? Bank details will be provided at checkout.
• Cash Deposit: Unfortunately, we do not accept Cash Deposits
• Promo Code - Got a Super Wellness Promo Code? Simply enter the code at checkout to redeem it.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY OR COLLECT PRODUCTS IN PERSON?
Unfortunately, not. We are an ONLINE-ONLY shop.
I FORGOT SOMETHING – CAN I ADD IT TO MY ORDER?
Our friendly customer support team is always happy to help with any special requests, order changes, or combining shipments - as long as your order is still in processing.
Once payment has been received, our dispatch team gets to work right away preparing your items and arranging delivery. Please note that once your online order is processed, finalised and paid for we cannot make any adjustments, add, swop or change any products. You will have to do a new online order.
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge.
We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you may be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees. Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
Please allow at lease one (1) working day (excluding weekends) for processing of your order. Once we’ve packed your order with care, we will despatch the parcel using a third-party courier. This might take 1 - 3 business days to deliver depending on your location. Keep in mind that orders placed between Friday and Sunday will not be delivered until the next business day.
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY TAX INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?
Need a copy of a past invoice? You can download all your previous invoices from Order History - quickly and easily.
1. Log in to your account.
2. Open Order History.
3. Click Tax Invoice next to the order you need.
4. When the PDF opens, use your browser’s Download button to save it.
